When you submit our concierge booking form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, selected ritual, preferred date and time slot, and any notes or allergy information you choose to share.

We also collect limited technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used solely to improve the site.

Booking details are used to arrange your appointment and contact you about it. Allergy and sensitivity notes are shared only with the specialists treating you, so that your ritual is safe and appropriate.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Health, allergy, and skin sensitivity details are treated as confidential clinical notes. They are retained only for the duration of your treatment history and are never used for advertising.

Appointment records are retained for as long as required to serve you and to meet our professional and legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
