Appointments are confirmed by our concierge following your request. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, as late cancellations may be charged in full.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your treatment so that the following guest is not delayed.

Our therapists may adjust treatments based on your consultation and any contraindications disclosed. You should inform us of allergies, medical conditions, and recent procedures before treatment begins.

Treatments are complementary and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Sunday bridal suite reservations are by private arrangement only and require a deposit to confirm. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the ceremony date.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment where circumstances require it. Where we cancel with reasonable notice, any prepayment will be refunded in full.

Please advise us of any relevant health conditions before your visit. We are not liable for outcomes arising where information relevant to your care was not disclosed to us.
